Isabel Stallings is a Los Angeles-based actress, singer, and producer originally from Houston, Texas.
She creates stories with heart, humor, and a little twang—inspired by Carole King, Stevie Nicks, good food, deep friendships, and big dreams. On stage or screen, Isabel celebrates vulnerability, connection, and the power of trusting your gut.

Growing up an avid tennis player, Isabel knew something wasn’t right when she cared more about belting show tunes on the court than returning a serve.
At the ripe age of ten, Isabel traded her tennis racket for Meryl Streep movies, Waitress the Musical, and Theresa Rebeck plays and has never looked back!

Currently, Isabel can be seen playing Helena in A Midsummer Night’s Dream where she is also a company member.
When Isabel is not barking and running around the Shakespearean canyon, she can also be seen on the big screen! Isabel can be seen in The UnBelievable With Dan Aykroyd on A&E Networks. Additionally, Isabel has several projects in the works and coming soon, including her second film she has produced shooting later this fall and several projects circulating festivals currently.

At the start of this year, Isabel produced a series of play readings to raise money for Fire Relief in Los Angeles after the wildfires. The Double Take Actors Collective—formed with fellow artists from the IAMA Summer Acting Intensive—produced short plays performed at the IAMA Theatre Company.
Isabel wrote, directed, and produced The Foundation, a piece about Julia, a queer debutante caught between love and family expectations. She also performed in Sitting Next to Me. This event was not only a powerful fundraiser for families affected by the fires, but also an incredible opportunity for Isabel to act, write, direct, and produce all at once.

In addition to all her acting projects, Isabel produced her first short film, Extended Warranty, with Burn The Witch Productions in Los Angeles.
She is also in pre-production for another short film, Cousins, which is set to shoot this fall!
